Curse: Giovanni’s Angel chapter 12
The next day, Mira began her work at trying to
better understand Giovanni’s abilities. For days she ran tests, poked and
prodded Abraham and Giovanni like lab rats, yet they never really seemed to be
bothered by it. Abraham gave Mira complete access to his body for examination,
and after all that, no subject was taboo between them. Abraham and Mira became
very close, bonding almost like father and daughter, but with the addition of a
respect that comes from true friendship.
Mira and Giovanni, on the other hand, never
really seemed to do much talking, though they enjoyed each other’s company.
Giovanni was using his abilities for the first time without inhibition. He
actually began to enjoy showing off his abilities to Mira as she studied their
strength, endurance, and source.
