Curse: Giovanni’s Angel chapter 7
Mira looked at Giovanni and reached for his
hand. “The creation of life is one of the few things most people in the world
will agree is a happy thing. Bringing in a fresh new harvest or seeing a young
child; it’s all new life and it’s all beautiful,” Mira explained. Then, Mira’s
hand finally touched Giovanni’s and a jolt of energy rushed through her body;
and for the first time, Giovanni felt something, too.
Mira was actually beginning to enjoy and look
forward to the sensation of Giovanni’s touch, while Giovanni was beginning to
experience a new sensation of his own. His hand grew warm and he became dizzy.
He didn’t understand it; he knew there was nothing physically wrong with him,
but this new warming and dizzying sensation lingered a bit as he continued to
walk along beside Mira holding her hand.
